This exceptional Pinot Grigio was carefully crafted for us by the wine boffins at Casa Girelli. In order to guarantee such exceptional flavour and aromas, the wine was sourced from three different estates and the results are truly astonishing.
Bright, ripe pear fruit dominates both the aromas and flavours on the palate where there is a perfect level of refreshing acidity and a little savoury touch in the finish to ensure that it will partner well with food. This is an anytime wine and well worth having a bottle or two in the fridge door for unexpected visitors or simply a raging thirst!!
