Description
Domaine Vrignaud Chablis is a pale yellow in colour with lime tints. Ripe citrus mixes with aromas of white flowers on the nose. In the mouth, there is what the French describe as a lovely nervosité from the acidity and slatey minerality, highlighting the ripe citrus fruit and the dry, delicately floral freshness. Due to the frost and hail problems in Chablis in the 2016 harvest, prices are very high. If you would like to consider an alternative wine of similar style and quality, have a look at the Macon Peronne from Domaine du Bicheron.
