Ciabot Berton Barolo Rocchettevino 2012 has a perfect blend of fruit and spice on the nose; ripe, open and full of cherry and rose aromas. The palate is full bodied, chewy and loaded with dark cherry fruit, with excellent tannic structure, lively acidity and a long and complex finish. Just starting to come into its own, but don’t feel that you need to be a rush to drink this Barolo as there’s plenty of life left in it yet.
