Description
This super little St Emilion comes from the southern part of St Emilion close to Chateau Pavie. It’s a blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, a classic St Emilion pairing but rather than being aged in oak barrels as its big brother is, this is fermented and aged solely in Stainless Steel tanks. The wine has a delightful ruby colour and gives intense aromas of red fruits. The palate is elegant and well balanced and leads to a long, true finish. A great little wine that was built to please.
