An absolute joy to drink! This Champagne Veuve Doussot Tendresse Rosé Brut is made from 100% Pinot Noir of which 25% was red, blended in before the secondary fermentation. It was then aged in the cellars for 24 months before disgorgement to retain all of the pure red berry fruit on the nose and on the palate.
