Description
This is a wine that just about all journalists have agreed on the quality being superb. As with all fine Margaux the wine has a wonderful fragrance and elegant palate above a huge and powerful body. Blackcurrant is the major fruit here but there are also some floral notes and hints of cigar box. It’s powerful on the palate with plenty of firm tannins that will melt in the coming years. Fresh as a daisy at present with a long and vibrant finish.
